A: Each email box placed on the filtering service will receive an email invitation for the user to log in to their personal account. Upon successful log in, users can review quarantined messages, adjust five different content filter settings, add emails to a white list to not be filtered, add emails to a blacklist to always be filtered out, and more. All of this is available via secure web pages accessible from any Internet capable computer.
Q: If I point my email DNS to this service, do I have to filter all user email accounts associated to that domain name?
A: No. You have the ability to choose which email addresses get filtered. Addresses that are not specified in the filtering service will pass through unaffected. You will only be charged for the number of email accounts being filtered.
Q: As an IT manager, I would like the ability to add and remove email addresses for filtering as I add and remove accounts on the mail server. Is this possible?
A: Yes. We can set up a designated email for an organization as the administrator of that account.
