2010 FISCAL END OF YEAR TRAINING

Weidenhammer is once again conducting a review of the Fiscal End of Year processes for FAS and HRS.

This year, in order to ensure that everyone receives this training just when you need it, we are offering free recorded WebEx sessions (audio and visual) so you can view them at your convenience. The sessions will be recorded and saved out on our website in early June. No need to sign up! You will be notified via email when the sessions are ready for you to access.

If you prefer a live session with a trainer, this is also available for a fee. Clients supported by Weidenhammer may register for one of the classes below. A purchase order will be required prior to the session. Clients not supported by Weidenhammer should contact their alio support provider.

The FAS review will last approximately 2 hours, starting at the times listed below. Please sign on a few minutes early!

The FAS review will cover the following topics:

Setting Up Next Year Accounts

Creating a Year Master

Building Next Year Accounts (including ARS and FIS Roll Accounts)

Liquidating and Rolling Purchase Orders

Closing the old year

Rolling Balance Sheets

WHS - Update Account Year Masks

The cost for this class is $99. Please sign up for one of the following billable FAS classes: June 8, and August 3.

The HRS review will last approximately 3 hours, starting promptly at the times listed below. Please sign on a few minutes early!

Creating Positions for New Year

Set up Calendars for New Fiscal Year

Rolling Jobs and Pays

Perform Salary Schedule tasks

Fiscal Year Leave Processing

Change Employee Distribution Year

The cost for this class is $150. Please sign up for one of the following billable HRS classes: June 10, and August 5.

If you are brand new to alio and this is your very first year doing fiscal end of year processing, we suggest that you schedule one-on-one training.
