- Gain an understanding of company history, organizational structure and culture
- Assess the organization’s readiness to change and to ability to implement new information technology
IT Plan
- Provide a road map for the development/acquisition and deployment of information technology to support the business goals and strategies. The IT Plan will align business goals and strategies with the use of information technology.
- Provide a project plan that outlines the tasks, priorities, and dependencies to implement the IT Plan
- Provide cost estimates associated with each component of the IT Plan
- Provide an assessment of the risk factors associated with implementation of the IT Plan versus doing nothing.
