The goals of Process Analysis & Improvement are:
- Identify and document the current state business processes focusing on major business activities, resources used in the process, business rules, constraints, considerations, inputs/outputs, costs, and areas for improvements
- Develop “To Be” state business processes focusing on major business activities, resources used in the process, business rules, constraints, considerations, inputs/outputs, and costs
- Develop measurements for better understanding and evaluation of business performance (How are we doing?)
